    SEOUL (Reuters) – Samsung Electronics (KS:) expects $100 million or more of revenue from its chip packaging business this year, co-CEO Kye-Hyun Kyung said on Wednesday.

    Kyung’s remarks were made during Samsung’s annual general shareholders meeting on Wednesday.
