Shoals Technologies (NASDAQ:SHLS) said Wednesday it appointed Brandon Moss as its new CEO effective July 17, succeeding interim CEO and President Jeff Tolnar, who will continue to serve as the company’s President.
Moss most recently was President of the Tools, Components, & Assembled Solutions Group at Southwire Company, an $8B revenue company and one of North America’s largest wire and cable manufacturers and market leader in the construction, utility, and industrial markets.
Tolnar had succeeded CEO Jason Whitaker, who stepped down in November 2022 due to health problems.
